  • Fry for 50 to 60 seconds or until golden and crispy.

Microwave Instructions:

  • Place the crackling in a microwave-safe dish and heat for about the same time as popcorn.
  • Adjust the heating time if needed for maximum crispiness.

Air Fryer Instructions:

  • Set your air fryer to 200°C and preheat.
  • Place the chicharrón in the fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking halfway through, until puffed up and crispy.
