Esquites also known as elote en vaso is a Mexican snack or antojito. You can find them at local markets, and street vendors selling corn.
The kernels are often boiled in huge pots and served in plastic or styrofoam cups, hence the name in English, "Corn in cup." Sometimes you can even find them being served in corn husks.
Esquites are usually creamy, salty, tangy and slightly spicy. They are definitely an addictive antojito!
Ingredients: Mexican white Corn, jalapeno, salt, margarine, vegetable oil, spices.

Instructions: open the pouch and heat for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave. You can add mayonnaise, lime, chilli powder, shredded cheese and any other ingredient that you like.
